Shipping, Return, & Cancellation policy
Shipping/ Local pick up:
* We offer free shipping on orders over $75
* Once the package has left our hands, it is up to the USPS to get it delivered to you. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
* Local pickup is available in Gilbert SC, select local pickup and address will be included in the pick up email when item is ready. Return window for local pick up orders starts the day they are ready for pick up NOT the day it is picked up. Pickups must be picked up within 14 days of receiving pick up email, packages not picked up within 14 days are subject to donation.
* All returns must be shipped back, local drop off is not an option for return packages. Packages dropped off will not be processed.
*All returns MUST include the packing slip or the order number along with the name the order was processed under, without this information we can located your order and your return will not be processed. Returns without this information will be donated, we can not hold on to these packages.
*Returns MUST be returned in a sealed package. If your item is damaged due to negligent packaging it will not be processed.
* Returns are accepted for full price apparel when received within 14 calendar days of receipt of item. If you select LOCAL PICK UP Your return window starts on the day your order is ready for pickup, not when you pick it up. Full price apparel returns that are received outside of the 14 day window and still within a 30 day window will receive a partial credit for 50% of the current price it is listed for.
*Returns received outside of 30 days and items returned that are ineligible for return will not be processed and donated. We will no longer be sending items back to you or holding them to be sent with with future orders.
* Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT only.
* All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you return items that have been tried on and they have make up on them, they will not be processed and will be donated, please inspect your item before sending it back.
* You may NOT return the following: SALE/ CLEARANCE/ DISCOUNTED items, cosmetics, jewelry, socks, sunglasses, scarves, headbands, hairbows, hats, belts bags, and gift certificates. If ineligible items are returned they will be donated.
***Purchases made using more than 50% store credit are final sale. We will not process the same return credit more than once.
*Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
*If you took advantage of free shipping over $75 and returned an item that causes your order total to be under $75 your store credit will be less $4.50 for the shipping charge you would have originally paid as we do not offer free shipping on orders under $75.
*If you took advantage of a free shipping special on an item and return it $4.50 will be deducted from your return credit. We are not able to be reimbursed for shipping charges.
* Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please note your tracking number from your label.
* Once your package is received please allow up to 10 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification.
* Please mail items eligible for return to our mailing address

*Preorder items are not eligible for cancellation unless they are 2 weeks past their estimated time of arrival. In the event this happens a COMMENTSOLD credit will be issued.
